Our network of highly-skilled technicians and on-ground experts across Africa enables us to provide ongoing after-project support, payable on a monthly basis. In addition, our large stock of consumables provides our customers access to an unlimited supply, without any downtime. We currently operate water treatment plants to help ensure effluent quality and help our customers meet their KPIs, reduce costs and adhere to environmental standards.

We’ll tailor our service level agreements to suit each customer’s requirements whether it be a monthly performance review or ongoing on-site water treatment services.

Remote services: We currently remotely operate 13 plants in various locations across sub-Saharan Africa, able to track performance, analyse operations and provide diagnostics using advanced analytical algorithms.
