Problem Statement
Our client’s existing disinfection system was proving to be unreliable and needed to be replaced.
Solution
Watericon provided 2x new chlorine dioxide generating systems to disinfect the water.

- Water used for process and utilities free from bacteria.
Process
- Chlorine dioxide gets generated via a 2-precursor reagent system fresh and then gets dosed on a proportional-to-concentration and flow.
Benefits
This system is better than conventional disinfection via chlorine as it is independent of pH and does not react with other components in the water. It also removes biofilm very successfully. Watericon still handles operations and precursor supply from start up to present.
This technology has been implemented at other Food and Beverage Industries with great success.
